Office 365 for SMBs  

This range of software includes the following solutions Office 365 Business Essentials (renamed Microsoft 365 Business Basic), Office 365 Business Premium (renamed Microsoft 365 Business Standard) and Microsoft 365 Business (renamed Microsoft 365 Business Premium). The family Office 365 also includes the Office 365 Business version (renamed Microsoft 365 Applications for SMBs).

The entry-level version integrates the essential applications of the Office suite for the Web (online access via a browser), namely Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Exchange, and is enriched with collaborative services with Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint solutions. The Standard and Premium versions include, in addition to the applications available via the Web, the desktop version of Office software for PC and Mac, advanced productivity services such as Access, Publisher, and ecosystem management with Microsoft Intune. In addition to the benefits included in the Basic and Standard subscriptions (regular updates, 1 TB of online storage, web and phone support), the Premium solution includes advanced security, protection against cyber threats, and access and data control.

Office 365 for large enterprises

The series Office 365 for large companies is available in four versions: E1, E3, E5, F3. The versions Office 365 E1 and F3 are built on an Office on the Web offering, while E3 and E5 integrate the Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise package including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and Access for Windows in addition to the Office 365 E1 online applications. They also have access to communication and time management applications with Outlook, Exchange, Bookings and Delve.

As standard, the four versions Office 365 E1, E3, E5, F3 offer collaborative services with Teams, SharePoint, Yammer and Viva Connections, advanced real-time file and content sharing solutions with OneDrive, Stream and Sway, and many other applications to optimize everyone's work and secure access.    

Office 365 for associations

The world of associations benefits from a declination Office 365 specific, with versions A1, A3, A5. The entry-level Office 365 A1 offer is free, without commitment and 100 % online. It offers access to Office for the Web (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote) plus a range of collaborative services such as Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Versions A3 and A5 offer full access to Office desktop applications (including the standard Publisher and Access applications for Windows), Office for the Web, and a number of management and security, compliance and analysis tools.       

The specificities of "on demand

More Office 365 is an on demand solution. Unlike the on premise versions of Microsoft Office 2011, 2019, 2021, it is an annual subscription invoiced by the month per user. The user license (for which you get the code during the first installation) is renewed automatically.

In terms of usage, Office 365 requires the latest hardware configurations and constant access to the Cloud to benefit from Office applications for the Web, collaborative services and storage spaces.
