Documentation of used licenses

Softcorner guarantees the purchaser full documentation of the licenses at the time of transfer to ensure compliance.

Proof of purchase:
This is usually the initial purchase invoice as well as any version upgrade invoices issued by the software publisher or its distributor. This document must explicitly refer to the license that is the subject of the transfer.

Proof of renewal :
If the version being licensed is different from the version listed on the proof of ownership, then the right to use that version must be demonstrated. In this case, maintenance invoices up to the official release date of the transferred version must be provided.

Contractual documentation :
This is the license agreement, standard or specific, as well as any subsequent amendment to its content.
