Who are we?

Softcorner is the 1st B2B platform dedicated to the second hand software market. Founded in 2014, we are now leader in europe with more than 2500 companies registered in more than 25 different countries.

The starting point is that of a huge mess: whereas many organisations are seeking IT equipment at a lower cost, others are accumulating important volumes of unused licenses, the so-called “shelfware”, whose residual value is far from being insignificant.

The Softcorner idea was born : to provide IT professionals (in particular IT and purchasing departments) a safe and legal environment to take advantage of this new market.

Our mission is simple : to facilitate second hand license transactions by offering a clear contractual framework, guarantees for buyers and sellers as well as a professional support throughout the transfer process.

Since our beginnings, we have at heart to help organisations of any size and sectors to freely exchange their licenses as smoothly as possible through :

  • The faire price
  • The anonimity of negociations
  • The due diligence of licenses
  • The verification of buyers
  • The transparency of our commission fee
  • Safe payments

With Softcorner, platform does not mean “dehumanized”, quiet the contrary. You will always find someone to talk to, answer your questions and help. We make a point of honor to accompany our clients the best we can. Do not hesitate to contact us.
